2022 RESERVE ROSÉ

The 2022 DAOU Reserve Rosé comes from special Grenache fruit selected by Winemaker Daniel Daou. Light salmon hues reveal the wine’s Provençale inspirations. The nose is bright and summery, showing aromas of pineapple, guava, pear, nectarine and mango. Delicate floral and vanilla notes emerge as the wine opens up in the glass. Fresh, mouthwatering acidity cascades across the palate with flavors of juicy tropical fruit and citrus. A long, persistent finish lingers with luscious mineral textures.

Varietals: 97% Grenache Noir, 3% Sauvignon Blanc

Barrel Aging: 7 months in 100% neutral French Oak
