The Details
• The invitation to join our membership is a commitment of two allocations. If the membership is cancelled prior to acceptance of 2 allocations, a $100 early cancellation fee will be charged. • DAOU’s main form of communication with members is email. Members receive a notification two weeks prior to the allocation processing with important dates, wine selection and customization options of the allocation • Membership benefits, such as complimentary tastings and wine discounts, are not extended to others without the member being present. • Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least two weeks prior to the ship date of the next allocation. • One shipment per year may be skipped
