Mama Ganache Artisan Chocolates
Mama Ganache is a local chocolate shop in San Luis Obispo, about a 45-minute drive from the DAOU tasting room. They use organic and fair-trade ingredients for their chocolates and confections, striving to source as many local, ethically produced ingredients as possible. Mama Ganache offers a variety of vegan options as well.
All of their products are made in their production facility in San Luis Obispo on Monterey Street. Ben Taylor and family have owned Mama Ganache since 2018. After attending culinary school specializing in the professional pastry arts in 2016, he worked in a Michelin Star restaurant called Mourad in San Francisco. Since then, he’s focused on chocolates and confections and has had the opportunity to work with a number of wineries for pairings and custom-made truffles.
Growing up, Amanda was always doodling. But when she discovered graphic design in her senior year of high school, it was love at first click! After working in the design field for over ten years at different companies—everything from educational companies to retail shops—she felt unsatisfied creatively and decided to start making artwork on the side.
She now sells her landmark-inspired products online and in over 30 stores across the U.S. What sets her designs apart is they are not just decorative; they are also informative. Her designs combine iconic nature landmarks and typographical facts.

Sierra Honey Farm is a small, specialty, 3rd generation beekeeper committed to producing the finest “RAW,” natural honey in Central California. The farm is located at the base of the Sierra Mountains and has moved operations to Paso Robles on the Central Coast.
