<p>Although while we have you here, we'd love to introduce you to our Estate Ambassador, Bell.</p>

<p>Bell was discovered on DAOU Mountain as a kitten, sleeping in the iconic bell tower, and has since become our dear friend and hospitality mascot. She enjoys the occasional treat of duck prosciutto, greeting each visitor at the front door and leaping amongst the tops of the olive trees.</p>
