Soul of a Lion, DAOU’s flagship wine, is the wine that changed Paso Robles and proved that the best Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso deserves a place among the greatest wines in the world. In honor of the 10th anniversary of the inaugural 2010 vintage, we are presenting a limited-time, vertical tasting of the 2016, 2017, and 2018 vintages of Soul of a Lion.
