The 2016 Cuvée Lizzy is a voluptuous wine accompanied by a gorgeous floral nose. On the palate, you find notes of smoked meats, black pepper and loads of black fruits. The tannin structure is evident in this full bodied wine giving it great potential for aging. If there was one word to describe this wine, it would be savory. With a very long mouth finish, it is also surprisingly fresh on the palate. While approachable now, it will benefit from several years in the cellar.
Blend: 63% Malbec, 23% Petit Verdot, 14% Cabernet Franc
