Ingredients:
Baby potatoes
4 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp minced fresh thyme
1 Tbsp minced fresh rosemary
Coarse salt and black pepper
Fresh green beans
5 cloves garlic (minced)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
In a bowl toss the potatoes, with 2 Tbsp olive oil, thyme, rosemary and salt/pepper
Spread onto a baking sheet. Roast the potatoes in the oven 20 minutes.
Toss green beans in bowl with remaining 2 Tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with salt.
Add green beans to baking sheet and add garlic and spread into an even layer.
Roast until the potatoes & green beans are tender, about 15-20 minutes more.
