2019 Estate Micho
Micho is our signature marriage of two iconic Bordeaux varieties, showcasing the elegance, freshness and concentration that can only be attained on DAOU Mountain. With the highest phenolics this blend has seen, the 2019 vintage is one for the ages. A deep, ruby-purple hue foreshadows an enchanting floral character that transports the nose to a different dimension. The wine explodes from the glass with flavors of boysenberry, blackberry, dark chocolate and dried herbs, maintaining beautiful minerality and balance while exhibiting flawless structure. The finish is long, lingering and perfectly poised to the end.

2021 Estate Sémillon
The 2021 DAOU Estate Sémillon is our newest showcase for world-class Bordeaux varieties grown on DAOU Mountain. This wine makes an immediate statement with its bright golden hues that evoke liquid sunshine. A full, well-rounded nose offers enticing aromas of lemon-lime, sliced pears, vanilla and green papaya with floral accents of hibiscus, star jasmine and gingerbread spice. The palate is rich and creamy, showing flavors of pineapple, nutmeg and sweet toasty oak with trailing notes of green apple, honey and mango. The finish is remarkably clean and refreshing, revealing lingering nuances of quince, nectarine and buttered toast.
2020 Reserve Unbound
The 2020 DAOU Unbound is a daring blend of Petite Sirah, Tempranillo and Tannat. This wine’s inky dark aubergine color hints at the depth and power to come. Heady aromas of warm blackberry cobbler, blueberry compote, plum jam and sage are accompanied by suggestions of sandalwood, dried herbs, cassis, pencil shavings and leather. Meanwhile, a trace of menthol complements the dark fruit profile. The palate is powerfully structured with firm but elegant fine-grained tannins that support a solid core of pomegranate, cherry, black raspberry, plum and forest floor earthiness. Secondary layers reveal dried herbs, wet stone, toffee and black currant. A generous, persistent finish presents hints of blackberry and blueberry balanced by black olive and truffle.
